SHE WAS ABLE TO PULL OVER TO SHOULDER, AND NOTICED THAT ON REAR PASSENGER'S SIDE FIRESTONE TIRE(DOT # VN1L1XA276) TREAD HAD SEPARATED FROM THE RIM. TIRE WAS STILL INFLATED.
