Consequence: A gas leak in the presence of an ignition source can increase the risk of a fire.

The contact owns a 2021 Forest River Coachman Apex Trailer. The contact stated that while preparing for a trip and inspecting the trailer, it was discovered that the front section of the trailers chassis had fractured and separated. The contact considered the trailer unsafe to use after discovering the failure. The cause of the failure was not yet determined. The local dealer and manufacturer were notified of the failure.
