(Forest River) is recalling certain 2023-2026 Forest River Work and Play, 2024-2026 East to West Takoda, Coachmen Chaparral, 2025-2026 Shasta Phoenix, 2023-2025 Forest River Riverstone, 2022-2026 Coachmen Adrenaline, and 2025 Forest River Cedar Creek fifth wheel travel trailers. The ramp door may break away from the door frame while loading or unloading vehicles.
Consequence: A ramp door that breaks during use increases the risk of injury.
Remedy: Dealers will install additional support brackets, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed February 18, 2026. The electrical plug blade openings (narrow hot blade and wider neutral blade) may be reversed on one of the two receptacle outlet faces, which can cause outlet failure.
Consequence: Electrical outlet failure can increase the risk of a fire.
