Defect: Coach and Equipment Mfg. Corp. (Coach and Equipment) is recalling certain 2024-2025 Phoenix transit buses equipped with a propane conversion kit with an aftermarket compressor. The alternator may contact and damage the fuel line.

Consequence: A damaged fuel line may leak, increasing the risk of a fire.

Remedy: Dealers will inspect the alternator clearance and install additional brackets as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed January 8, 2026. Owners may contact Coach and Equipment customer service at 1-800-724-8464.

Recall 25V772000 — EQUIPMENT ADAPTIVE/MOBILITY:WHEELCHAIR RESTRAINTS/SECUREMENT:LATCH/ANCHOR:

Defect: Coach and Equipment Mfg. Corp. (Coach and Equipment) is recalling certain 2025 Phoenix transit buses equipped with QRT-Deluxe and QRT-Max wheelchair restraints. The retractors may not lock, preventing the wheelchair from being properly secured.

Consequence: An unsecured wheelchair can move during transit, increasing the risk of injury.

Remedy: Dealers will be notified to inspect and replace the retractors as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed November 24, 2025. Owners may contact Coach and Equipment customer service at 1-800-724-8464.
