MY WIFE WAS DRIVING THE 2009 CHRYSLER TOWN AND COUNTRY TODAY WHEN THE THROTTLE JUST BEGAN RACING. THIS OCURRS COMPLETELY AT RANDOM. THE DEALER CAN'T FIND A CODE AND HAS JUST CLEANED THE THROTTLE BODY IN AN ATTEMPT TO FIX THIS. CLEARLY, IT HASN'T FIXED IT. AFTER A FEW SECONDS IT RETURNS TO THE COMMANDED SPEED FROM THE PEDAL. VERY DANGEROUS!! *TT
1. WIFE WAS DRIVING 2009 CHRYSLER TOWN AND COUNTRY. SHE WAS PULLING OUT INTO TRAFFIC WHEN THE VAN JUST "CUT OFF". 2. THE VAN COMPLETELY TURNS OFF. NO GAUGES, NO WARNING, JUST CUTS OFF. THE FAILURE IS COMPLETELY RANDOM. SHE WAS ALMOST BROAD-SIDED BY ON-COMING TRAFFIC WITH HER AND OUR THREE KIDS IN THE VAN THIS TIME. 3. VAN HAS BEEN TAKEN TO THE DEALER AT LEAST TWICE AND THEY COULD FIND NO FAULT CODES OR REASON FOR THE VAN CUTTING OFF. HAD US PAY TO HAVE THE INJECTORS CLEANED AND SAID "THAT SHOULD FIX IT" (THE VAN HAD LESS THAN 27,500 MILES ON IT AT THIS POINT). THE VAN DID IT AGAIN THE VERY NEXT DAY. DEALER SAID "COULD NOT DUPLICATE PROBLEM". *TR
