NHTSA RECALL 98V183000, IGNITION KEY SHIFT INTERLOCK; WITH NO KEY IN THE IGNITION, A CHILD WAS ABLE TO MOVE THE GEAR SHIFT WHICH ALLOWED VEHICLE TO MOVE. THE VEHICLE ROLLED INTO SOMEONE ELSES DRIVEWAY HITTING A TREE. MANUFACTURE NOT CLAIMING ANY RESPONSIBLITY EVENTHOUGH VEHICLE IS EXHIBITING SAME FAILURE. PLEASE DESCRIBE DETAILS
