TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 CHRYSLER PT CRUISER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT START WHEN THE KEY WAS TURNED IN THE IGNITION SWITCH, AND WANTED TO KNOW IF THE VEHICLE WAS INCLUDED IN A RECALL.
