EMERGENCY BRAKE FAILURE - LEVER FOR ACTIVATING PARKING BRAKE CAME LOOSE FROM ASSEMBLY AND BECAME LODGED BETWEEN BRAKE DRUM AND BRAKE ASSEMBLY. THIS CAUSED WHEEL TO STOP ROTATING. COULD PUT CAR IN REVERSE TEMPORARILY DISLODGING LEVER ALLOWING VEHICLE TO MOVE FREELY. LEVER FINALLY LODGED COMPLETELY CAUSING WHEEL TO DRAG AND OVERHEAT. NEEDED TO REPLACE PARKING BRAKE ASSEMBLY IN THE AFFECTED WHEEL. *TR
