TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2001 CHRYSLER CONCORDE. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 40 MPH, THE STEERING WHEEL BECAME EXTREMELY LOOSE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FAILURE WAS CONTRIBUTED TO A DEFECTIVE RACK AND PINION. THE VEHICLE WAS IN THE PROCESS OF BEING DIAGNOSED AND REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 96,000.
