1999 CHRYSLER CIRRUS, WILL NOT START AFTER RAIN. THERE IS NO DISTRIBUTOR AND I FEEL THAT IT COULD BE A PROBLEM WITH THE FUEL SYSTEM. I PUMP THE GAS AND TRY TO TURN IT OVER IT JUST CRANKS SOMETIMES IT DOES EVENTUALLY START. I HAVE MISSED DAYS OF WORK. SO WHEN EVER IT RAINS I AM ALWAYS WORRIED, THIS HAPPENS OFTEN. *TR

GAS GUAGE STATED WELL OVER A FOURTH , SERVICE MANAGER SAID THE GAS TANK CONCAVED GIVING A FALSE READING. CAR HAD TO BE TOWED AND GAS LINES HAD TO BE FLUSHED OUT. TOW BILL PLUS REPAIR BILL OVER $200.00. SERVICE MANAGER SAID IT WAS A DEFECT WITH THE GAS TANK. (HOT WEATHER MADE IT CONCAVE) SAID TO REPLACE GAS TANK COST WOULD COST OVER $600.00. I ORGINALLY BOUGHT THIS CAR IN WINSTON SALEM, NC AT NORTHPOINT CHRYSLER BUT I TOOK IT FOR SERVICE TO THE MOUNT AIRY , NC LOCATION, PATTERSON CHRYSLER.*AK
