The contact owns a 2016 Chrysler 300C. The contact stated while driving at 60-65 MPH, the warning message "Service Power Steering" appeared on the instrument panel and the steering wheel lost power. The contact veered to side of the road and opened the hood of the vehicle but could not determine the cause of the failure. The contact stated she was able to restart the vehicle and she drove to her residence. The vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired by an independent mechanic or dealer. The contact stated while driving, the warning messages "Shift To park" and "Service Power Steering" appeared on the instrument panel and the vehicle suddenly lost power. The contact stated she switched gears to park and was able to restart the vehicle. The contact veered to the side of the road for a short moment, then she drove to her destination.
