THE AIR CONDITIONING STOPPED WORKING WITH ONLY 20,000KM ON THE VEHICLE. MY FRIEND HAS A NEW CHRYSLER WITH 200KM ON IT WITH THE SAME PROBLEM. CHRYSLER IS NOT WILLING TO PAY FOR IT EVEN THOUGH ITS A KNOWN ISSUE. VERY POOR SERVICE AND SUPPORT FROM THEM
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 CHRYSLER 300C. WHILE DRIVING 70 MPH ON THE FREEWAY, THE VEHICLE ACCELERATED AND THE SERVICE ELECTRONIC CONTROL MODULE WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE CONTACT ATTEMPTED TO DEPRESS THE BRAKE PEDAL WHILE ALLOWING THE VEHICLE TO SLOW DOWN. THE CONTACT VEERED TO THE SHOULDER OF THE ROAD. ONCE THE VEHICLE WAS TURNED OFF AND RESTARTED, IT RESUMED NORMAL OPERATION. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO BETTENHAUSEN CHRYSLER JEEP (15941 S 94TH AVE, ORLAND PARK, IL 60462, 708-460-5337) WHERE A DIAGNOSTIC TEST WAS SCHEDULED. THE SERVICE ELECTRONIC STABILITY CONTROL, SERVICE AIR BAGS AND SERVICE ANTILOCK BRAKE SYSTEM INDICATOR MESSAGES CAME ON IN MY 2015 CHRYSLER 300C. AFTER DIAGNOSTIC, A CODE CAME UP THAT MY HEADLIGHT HOUSING HAS A SHORT IN IT. I HAVE REPLACED THE HEADLIGHT BULBS SEVERAL TIME SINCE I'VE HAS THE CAR. IT WAS ALSO FOUND THAT THERE IS A MANUFACTURER RECALL ON PARTS OF THE AIR BAG SYSTEM BUT THAT DIDN'T SOLVE MY ISSUES. AFTER SPENDING SEVERAL HUNDRED DOLLARS ON ELECTRICAL PARTS AND LABOR I FEEL THAT CHRYSLER NEEDS TO TAKE A CLOSER LOOK AT ALL OF THE SIMILAR COMPLAINTS ON A CAR THAT IS ONLY 4 YEARS OLD. ALL OF THE INDICATOR MESSAGES CAME ON WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS IN MOTION. I DRIVE MAINLY IN A HIGHWAY ENVIRONMENT.
