The contact owns a 2014 Chrysler 300C. The contact stated while driving 50 MPH, the vehicle lost motive power. The check engine warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was towed to the residence. An independent mechanic replaced the fuel pump and the fuel pump relays at the residence and informed the contact that the PCM needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The dealer was made aware of the failure and referred the contact to the manufacturer. The contact stated that the vehicle was previously repaired under NHTSA Campaign Numbers: 18V332000 (Electrical System, Vehicle Speed Control) and 19V018000 (Air Bags), as well as Emissions Recall: UB4 (Evaporative Emissions Canister). The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 190,000.
