2010 CHRYSLER 300. CONSUMER WRITES IN REGARDS TO VEHICLE ENGINE SEIZED UP. CONSUMER SEEKS FULL REFUND FROM MANUFACTURER FOR VEHICLE /"LEMON". *SMD
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 CHRYSLER 300. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WOULD STALL WITHOUT WARNING. AFTER SOME OF THE OCCURRENCES, THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT RESTART FOR APPROXIMATELY 15 TO 20 MINUTES. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS, BUT THEY WERE UNABLE TO REMEDY THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 38,000 AND CURRENT MILEAGE 42,000.
