TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 CHEVROLET TRAVERSE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE TAILGATE WOULD NOT CLOSE. THE CONTACT CALLED SYLVESTER CHEVROLET INC AT (570) 489-7586 (1609 MAIN ST, PECKVILLE, PA 18452) AND WAS INFORMED THAT THE RECALL REPAIR WAS ALREADY DONE AND COULD NOT BE REPEATED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND STATED THAT THE RECALL REPAIR WAS ALREADY PERFORMED. THE FAILURE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE RECALL INFORMATION WAS NOT PROVIDED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 72,000.
