TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2002 CHEVROLET TRACKER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DRIVERS SEAT BELT CLIP DID NOT RELEASE FROM HE BUCKLE. THE CONTACT WAS UNABLE TO USE THE DRIVERS SEATBELT.
