TL* - THE CONTACT OWNS A 2000 CHEVROLET TRACKER. THE CONTACT WAS UNABLE TO EASILY REMOVE THE KEY FROM THE IGNITION, IT TOOK 20 MINUTES TO RELEASE IT. THE DEALER QUOTED THE DIAGNOSIS RATES AND THE CONTACT IS REQUESTED COMPENSATION FROM THE MANUFACTURER. THE FAILURE HAS OCCURRED 50 TIMES.*AK
