TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 1996 CHEVROLET S/T. THE CONTACT WAS DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 35 MPH WHEN HE APPLIED THE BRAKE PEDAL; THE ANTI-LOCK BRAKES LOCKED WHICH CAUSED THE VEHICLE TO WANDER INTO ANOTHER LANE. THE CONTACT WAS ABLE TO RESUME WITH CAUTION. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHERE THEY STATED THE ANTI-LOCK BRAKE SYSTEM LOCKED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED AND THE CONTACT DISCONNECTED THE ANTI-LOCK BRAKE SYSTEM. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 143,000. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE.
