CONSUMER STATES VEHICLE PULLS TO THE RIGHT AND LEFT WHEN BRAKING, IN ADDITION, THERE WAS A RATTLE NOISE IN THE LEFT FRONT END WHEN GOING OVER BUMPS. *LA THE LEFT REAR TAIL LIGHT BULB WAS INOPERATIVE. THE LEFT FRONT WHEEL COVER CAME OFF. THE TAIL PIPE MADE A RATTLE NOISE, THE DEALER REPLACED THE TAIL PIPE. THE FOG LIGHT BULB WAS INOPERATIVE. THE FRONT BRAKES MADE A GRINDING NOISE WHEN THEY WERE APPLIED. THE AIR CONDITION WAS NOT COOLING PROPERLY. THE WOOD TRIM ON THE DASH WAS LOOSE. THE RIGHT REAR AXLE SEAL LEAKED. THE PLASTIC COMPARTMENT ABOVE THE GLOVE BOX WAS CRACKED. THE BASE OF THE WINDSHIELD WAS CRACKED. *JB

THE VEHICLE WAS WEIGHED WITH A MEDIUM SIZED VEHICLE IN TOW AND THE WEIGHT WAS 12140, AS PER GM THE TRUCKS MAX GVW RATING IS 11,000, THE VEHICLE WAS BEING USED OVERWEIGHT OF SPECS WHICH CAUSED PREMATURE BRAKE WEAR, THE VEHICLE WAS SOLD TO THE CONSUMER WITH THE UNDERSTANDING THAT THE VEHICLE WOULD BE USED AS A TOW TRUCK, THE CONSUMER BELIEVES THAT GM IS SELLING TRUCKS WITH WRECKER PROVISIONS BUT ARE TOO LIGHT TO BE TOW TRUCKS OR THEY ARE SELLING TRUCKS WITH DEFECTIVE BRAKE SYSTEMS, ON ONE OCCASION THE VEHICLE BRAKE PEDAL WENT TO THE FLOOR WHILE THE DRIVER WAS BRAKING AND FAILED CAUSING THE TRUCK TO REAR END ANOTHER VEHICLE.
