TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 CHEVROLET SILVERADO 2500. WHILE DRIVING AT AN UNKNOWN, THE POWER STEERING FAILED AND MADE THE VEHICLE DIFFICULT TO STEER. THE ENTIRE VEHICLE IS ALSO VERY DIFFICULT TO KEEP ON THE ROAD. THE FRONT TIRES MADE A CLUNKING NOISE WHENEVER THE VEHICLE WAS DRIVEN. THE VEHICLE HAS BRIDGESTONE DURAVIS M7732 TIRES, SIZE 245/75/R16. THERE IS A CLUNKING NOISE UNDER THE HOOD, WHICH CAN BE FELT IN THE STEERING WHEEL WHILE DRIVING. THE ENGINE ALSO HESITATES WHILE DRIVING. A MECHANIC AND THE DEALER PERFORMED A DIAGNOSTIC. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 33,000 AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 40,000.

THE VEHICLE WAS DESTROYED AND TOWED TO THE SALVAGE YARD. THE MANUFACTURER HAS NOT BEEN NOTIFIED. THE FIRE DEPARTMENT WAS CALLED AND A REPORT WAS FILED. THE CONTACT SUFFERED FROM SMOKE INHALATION. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGES WERE 150,100.
