TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 CHEVROLET SILVERADO 1500 HD. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE CHECK ENGINE INDICATOR RANDOMLY ILLUMINATED. TWO DEALERS WERE NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURES, BUT WERE UNABLE TO PROVIDE A REPAIR. THE TECHNICIAN STATED THAT THE FUEL CAP NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE FUEL CAP WAS REPLACED, BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED.
