Consequence: STEERING WHEEL COULD DISENGAGE FROM COLUMN WHICH COULD RESULT IN LOSS OF CONTROL AND AN ACCIDENT.

Remedy: REINSTALL STEERING WHEEL NUT AND RETAINER AND RE-TORQUE NUT.
