WHEN THE KEY IS INSERTED INTO KEY HOLE IN STEERING COLUMN, THE KEY HOLDER DOES NOT ALLOW THE KEY TO ROTATE TO START IGNITION. SEVERAL ATTEMPTS ARE REQUIRED TO FINALLY ROTATE THE KEY TO START THE ENGINE. THE SAME PROBLEM OCCURS WHEN I TRY TO STOP THE ENGINE. I TOOK TH VEHICLE TO THE DEALER. WHILE DRIVING THE VEHICLE LOST ALL STEERING CAPABILITY CAUSING THE VEHICLE TO VEER TO THE RIGHT AND HIT A CURB, AS A RESULT THE VEHICLE HAD TWO FLAT TIRES (RIGHT SIDE) AND TWO BROKEN RIMS, WHILE DRIVING THE CHEVROLET METRO (RENTAL CAR SINCE VEHICLE WAS BEING REPAIR) THIS VEHICLE EXHIBITED THE SAME FAILURE AS THE TRUCK EXCEPT THIS TIME THE VEHICLE SPUN AROUD 180 DEGREES BEFORE IT HIT A CONCRETE BARRIER.
