WHILE DRIVING 72 MPH, WITHOUT WARNING THE RIGHT REAR TIRE BLEWOUT. THE DRIVER WAS ABLE TO PULL OVER AND CHECK THE TIRE AND NOTICED THAT THE TREAD HAD SEPARATED. PLEASE PROVIDE FURTHER DETAILS. *JB
