2000 CHEVROLET PICKUP TRUCK EXPERIENCING PROBLEMS WITH WINDOWS FREEZING AND NOT OPENING WHEN THE TEMPERATURES ARE BELOW 32 DEGREES. *MR IT WOULD TAKE UP TO 30 MILES BEFORE THEY WOULD UN-THAW. BOTH CABLES HAD BROKEN AT A COST TO THE CONSUMER. (DRIVER SIDE) GM IS AWARE OF THIS PROBLEM AND HAS PLACED TOO SMALL OF A CABLE IN THE MOTOR ASSEMBLY AND WOULD NOT RECALL THEM. *SC *JB
