THE RIGHT REAR BRAKE WAS NOT RELEASING FULLY AND OVERHEATED DUE TO POOR WORKMANSHIP AT THE FACTORY. THE EMERGENCY BRAKE CABLE WAS ADJUSTED TOO TIGHT WHICH WOULD NOT LET THE REAR BRAKE SHOES FULLY RELAX. NLM
