TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 CHEVROLET MALIBU. THE CONTACT STATED THAT SHE EXPERIENCED SEVERAL FAILURES WITH HER VEHICLE SINCE THE DAY IT WAS PURCHASED. THE DRIVER'S SIDE VISOR DISASSEMBLED WHEN SHE PULLED IT DOWN. THE DEALER REPAIRED THE VISOR, BUT COULD NOT DETERMINE THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE. IN SEPTEMBER OF 2007, THE POWER LOCKS FAILED ON BOTH SIDES OF THE VEHICLE, CAUSING THE CONTACT TO BE TRAPPED INSIDE. AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS OF ACTIVATING THE REMOTE ENTRY, SHE WAS ABLE TO RELEASE THE LOCKS AND EXIT THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER AND THEY STATED THAT THE DOOR DETONATORS FAILED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. IN NOVEMBER OF 2008, WHILE DRIVING 25 MPH IN RAINY CONDITIONS, THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS FAILED TO ACTIVATE. THE CONTACT HAD TO PULL THE VEHICLE OVER DUE TO LACK OF VISIBILITY AND WAITED FOR THE RAIN TO STOP. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE WINDSHIELD...
