Consequence: In the event of a fire, if the fire extinguisher does not function properly, it can increase the risk of injury.

(Isuzu) is recalling certain model year 2014-2016 Isuzu NPR and NPR HD vehicles manufactured August 26, 2013, to November 11, 2016, and 2016 Chevrolet Low Cab Forward 3500 and 4500 vehicles manufactured July 27, 2016, to November 11, 2016. The affected vehicles have a throttle pedal that may get stuck under the steel stopper...
Consequence: A stuck open accelerator pedal may result in very high vehicle speeds and make it difficult to stop the vehicle, which could cause a crash, serious injury or death.
