2007 C4500 KODIAK WITH DUMP BODY 1. EMERGENCY BRAKE FAILED TO HOLD TRUCK WHILE IN GEAR WITH MOTOR RUNNING: 2. FACTORY INSTALLED ELECTRIC (TRAILER BRAKE ) CONTROLLER FAILED, & TURNED ON & OFF AT RANDOM: 3.
