2012 CHEVROLET EQUINOX. CONSUMER STATED THAT THEIR WINDSHIELD WIPERS STOPPED WORKING SUDDENLY. THE CONSUMER REQUESTED TO BE REIMBURSED FOR THE REPAIR COST OF THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS.

THE FOLLOWING DAY, THE VEHICLE WAS DRIVEN TO WILSONVILLE CHEVROLET (26051 SOUTH WEST BOONES FERRY ROAD, WILSONVILLE, OR 97070, (866) 279-5360) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE WINDSHIELD WIPER TRANSMISSION FAILED. THE WINDSHIELD WIPER TRANSMISSION WAS REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 66,265. *TT CONSUMER STATED RECALLED IN CANADA BUT NOT THE US.*JB
