2020 CHEVROLET CAMARO Wheels Problems

The contact owns a 2020 Chevrolet Camaro. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the wheels locked up and the vehicle was uncontrollable. The contact stated several unknown warning lights were illuminated. The contact's vehicle crashed into a guardrail. In addition, the front passenger's side and rear passenger's side tires fractured and detached. The contact's vehicle incurred damage to the front suspension, calipers, front bumper, and the passenger's front and rear tires. The vehicle was towed to an independent mechanic; however, the failure was not duplicated. The contact was informed that there was no indication of what caused the wheels to lock up. Prior to the incident (vehicle crash), immediately after the vehicle was purchased (March 2023), it was taken back to the dealership several times due to a slight noise and sensation the wheels and brakes were making. The issue was internment, and the dealership insisted they were unable to replicate the issue. It felt as if the wheels were momentarily locking when slowing down to apply the brakes. We thought it was a brake issue, but the dealership assured us the brakes were ok.
