WHILE DRIVING VEHICLE THE CONSUMER TRIED TO SWITCH FROM REGULAR DRIVING TO 4-WHEEL DRIVE. THE COLDER IT GOT, THE SLOWER THE SWITCH HAPPENED. CONSUMER HAD CONTACTED DEALER AND THEY SAID IT WAS NOT A DEFECT. *AK
