TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 CHEVROLET TRAILBLAZER EQUIPPED WITH CONTINENTAL TIRE, LINE CONTI TRAC, SIZE 245-65-R17, SERIAL 4205, DOT HWAT-BL5. WHILE DRIVING AT 55 MPH, THE VEHICLE BEGAN TO SHAKE. THE DRIVER SLOWED TO 45MPH AND PULLED OVER INTO THE RIGHT LANE. AT THAT TIME, THE LEFT FRONT END DROPPED. THE DRIVER SWERVED AND COLLIDED INTO A GUARD RAIL. THE DRIVER NOTICED THE LEFT FRONT TIRE BLEW. THE TREAD AND BELT HAD SEPARATED FROM THE TIRE. THE DRIVER WAS INJURED AS A RESULT OF THE CRASH. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO A REPAIR SHOP. THE FAILURE AND THE CURRENT MILEAGES WERE 26,423.
