Defect: THE POWER STEERING PUMP IS IMPROPERLY CALIBRATED AND HAS INSUFFICIENT POWER STEERING FLUID FLOW FOR THE OPERATION OF THE STEERING SYSTEM.
Consequence: INSUFFICIENT FLUID FLOW TO THE STEERING SYSTEM CAN RESULTIN INCREASED STEERING EFFORT, LOSS OF STEERING CONTROL, AND A POSSIBLE ACCIDENT.
Remedy: CORRECT THE CALIBRATION OF THE POWER STEERING PUMP.
