2007 CADILLAC SRX. CONSUMER WRITES IN REGARDS TO VEHICLE FRAME RAILS RUST ISSUES. *SMD *JS
MY HUSBAND PURCHASED MY VEHICLE IN OCTOBER, 2006. WITHIN 2 MONTHS IT WAS RETURNED TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT OF THE DEALER. THE CHROME HANDLE HAD STARTED PEELING ON THE DRIVER SIDE, THE REAR WINDOW SEAL WAS LEAKING WHENEVER IT WOULD RAIN AND THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WAS ON. THE LEAK WAS REPAIRED, I WAS TOLD THAT THE ENGINE LIGHT WAS ON BECAUSE WE TOOK THE FACTORY WHEELS OFF AND THEY WOULD CALL US WHEN THE HANDLE CAME IN. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. TOWARD THE MIDDLE OF 2008 THE FOLLOWING MESSAGES STARTED SHOWING UP. TRACTION CONTROL ON AND POWER TO ENGINE REDUCED CAUSING MY VEHICLE TO STOP IN TRAFFIC SUDDENLY THIS CAUSED CARS TO SWERVE AROUND ME TO PREVENT IMPACT. THE DAY IN QUESTION I HAD JUST PICKED MY [XXX] OLD DAUGHTER UP FROM HER AUDITION. WE WERE MERGING ONTO I-75 WHEN I HEARD A LOUD SOUND COME FROM THE REAR OF...
