WHILE DRIVING ON THE FREEWAY AN OBJECT CAME IN CONTACT WITH THE CAST ALUMINUM OIL PAN. THIS RESULTED IN THE OIL PAN DEVELOPING A CRACK. CONSUMER WAS CLOSE TO HOME WHEN THIS OCCURRED AND THE OIL DIDN'T LEAK OUT.*AK
