All Back Over Prevention Warnings Complaints
Backing out of driveway and screen went black and a collision occurred a second or two later. We have had the Lyriq in the shop multiple times for glitchy screens and screen going black but never has been fully resolved. I did recieve a recall letter (unfortunately I threw it away) but now it shows no recalls (strange). This black screen issue has been a problem since day 1 but now it has resulted in a collision. I have been unable to even back my car out of the garage when raining due to the sensitivity of the collision detect so there is NO excuse that it didn't alert. Cadillac has had the car since the accident and claim nothing is wrong with it and they are not responsible. I do not believe that. I have met with dealership GM who is looking into this further.
