TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 CADILLAC ESCALADE. WHILE DRIVING 60 MPH AND SWITCHING LANES, THE SIDE DETECTION OFF WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO QUANTRELL CADILLAC (1490 E NEW CIRCLE RD, LEXINGTON, KY 40509, (859) 559-0868) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNSOED THAT THE DRIVER'S SIDE COLLISION AVOIDANCE MODULE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURE WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 69,362.
