2005 CADILLAC ESCALADE Equipment Problems

The contact owns a 2005 Cadillac Escalade. The contact stated while driving 62 MPH, he heard an abnormal sound coming from the sunroof. The contact attempted to speak with a representative from Webasto Product North America, Inc. manufacturer but was not successful. The failure mileage was approximately 235,000.
