I was in a minor rear end accident. I was the victim. My driver seat felt like it came off the hinges causing me to hit my face and chest on the steering wheel.
MY SEAT WILL MOVE BACK BUT NOT FORWARD, THIS MAKING IT HARD TO REACH THE PETALS AND THE SEAT IS MOVING TO THE RIGHT AND NOT STRAIGHT
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 CADILLAC ATS. AFTER HAVING THE SEATS SERVICED AT THE DEALER, THE CONTACT STATED THAT THEY NO LONGER OPERATED PROPERLY. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 27,096.
