DRIVERS SIDE WINDSHIELD DOES NOT CLEAR DURING PERIODS OF HEAVY RAIN. WHEN THE WINDSHIELD WIPER GOES TO THE LEFT, IT IS OKAY, BUT WHEN IT RETURNS TO THE RIGHT IT DRAGS THE WATER BACK ACROSS IN FRONT OF THE DRIVERS VIEW CAUSING A TEMPORALLY BLOCKING OF VIEW. USING THE WIPERS AT HIGH SPEED MAKES IT ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO SEE OUT THE WINDSHIELD. THIS IS A VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION. WE HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH THIS SINCE WE FIRST PURCHASED OUR NEW VEHICLE. GM INSTALLED A PRODUCT CALLED CLEARVUE AND CHANGED THE WIPER BLADES. THIS HAS NOT HELPED. WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED BY BERGLUND CHEVY. THAT GM DOES NOT FEEL THIS IS WORTH THEIR TIME BECAUSE THERE ARE NOT ENOUGH VEHICLES WITH SIMILAR PROBLEMS. TALKED WITH GM TODAY AND THEY GAVE ME THEIR OLD CASE NUMBER 71-1508013118 AND A NEW CASE # 71-1508013118
