ON TWO OCCASIONS THE TREAD OF LEFT BRIDGESTONE TIRE CAME OFF DAMAGING WHEEL WELL PANEL (BRIDGESTONE P235/70R15 15 INCH TIRE).
WHILE TRAVELING AT 60 MPH TREAD SEPERATION OCCURRED ON NEW MICHELIN TIRES PUT ON 7 DAYS BEFORE, CAUSING A 3 VEHICLE NEAR FATAL ACCIDENT. NO DEPLOYMENT OF AIRBAGS DURING COLLISION. ALL KINDS OF VEHICLE'S SYSTEMS STOPPED TO WORK. *AK
