TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 BUICK RENDEZVOUS. THE CONTACT STARTED THE VEHICLE, AND ABRUPTLY THERE WAS A DEPLOYMENT OF THE SIDE AIR BAGS. THE CONTACT WAS TREATED AT AN EMERGENCY ROOM FOR MINOR INJURIES WHICH INCLUDED BURNS AND BRUISES. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN DIAGNOSED AT THE TIME OF THE COMPLAINT. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 89,449. THE CURRENT MILEAGE IS 89,449. UPDATED 05/19/10 *BF UPDATED 06/04/10.*JB
THE RENDEVOUS WAS TRAVELING 18 MPH AND STRUCK BY A PACIFICA GOING 20-30 MPH THAT RAN A STOP SIGN. THE RENDEVOUS WAS STRUCK BETWEEN THE DRIVER SIDE REAR DOOR AND THE DRIVER REAR WHEEL WELL CAUSING THE RENDEVOUS TO FALL OVER ON ITS PASSENGER SIDE, SLIDE 15-30 FEET, HIT AN EMBANKMENT AND ENDED UP ON ITS 4 WHEELS AGAIN. *JB
