WHEN TILT STEERING WHEEL IS IN THE UP POSITION, IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO MAKE A SHARP TURN IN EITHER DIRECTION DUE TO STEERING WHEEL RUBBING ON DASH. DEALER HAS REPLACED POWER STEERING PUMP, LINES, AND RACK AND PINION. THIS DID NOT REMEDY THE PROBLEM. UPON DISCOVERY OF THE BINDING AGAINST THE DASH, CONSUMER WAS INFORMED IT WAS A MANUFACTURERS DEFECT AND COULD NOT BE REPAIRED. *JG *AK
