THE MECHANIC FOUND A MISFIRE ON CYLINDER #3 AND TURBO CHARGER AS WELL AS CATALYTIC CONVERTER WERE FULL OF OIL . ADDITIONALLY, THERE WAS NOT ENOUGH COMPRESSION ON THE ENGINE.
