Manufacture, Buckeye Trailer & Fab, LLC admitted via email they sold us a defective/ out of tolerance product, that should have never left their manufacturing facility. We have attempted 1.5years requesting a full refund or product replacement. They have failed to comply. I am writing to formally report a significant safety concern regarding Buckeye Trailer & Fab, LLC, which pertains to their manufacturing and quality control processes. As a stakeholder in the industry, I believe it is crucial to bring this issue to the attention of the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) to prevent potential hazards to public safety. It has come to our attention that Buckeye Trailer & Fab, LLC has been neglecting to adequately inspect and quality control their products before selling them to the public for commercial use.
