TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 CHRYSLER TOWN AND COUNTRY. THE CONTACT WAS DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 60 MPH WHEN THE VEHICLE LOST COOLANT FLUID AND THE BRAKES FAILED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER YET THE DEALER WAS UNABLE TO DIAGNOSE THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO SECOND DEALER WHERE THE FRONT BRAKE ROTORS AND PADS WERE REPLACED. THE FAILURE RECURRED ONE MONTH LATER. THE CONTACT STATED THE BRAKE PADS AND ROTORS WERE REPLACED THREE TIMES TO NO AVAIL. THE CONTACT STATED THAT BOTH SLIDING DOORS WOULD BECOME JAMMED AND HE WOULD HAVE TO REMOVE THE BATTERY CABLE TO RESTART THE COMPUTER FOR THE DOORS TO CLOSE PROPERLY. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT FURTHER REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 19,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 53,000.
