TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 CHRYSLER TOWN AND COUNTRY. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS BRAND NEW THE WINDSHIELD LOOKED LIKE A MIRROR. HE COULD SEE THE REFLECTION OF THREE SPEAKERS AND TWO CUT OUTS OF THE HEATER DUCTS. DURING THE DAY THE SEVERITY OF THE VISIBILITY WAS GREATER AND MADE IT DIFFICULT TO SEE. CHRYSLER OR AN AUTHORIZED DEALER WERE NOT CONTACTED REGARDING THE VISIBILITY. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGES WERE 4,323. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN.
