The braking system of my 2024 BMW X6 (VIN: [XXX] ) is critically malfunctioning due to the unresolved safety recall 24V-104. The Integrated Brake System has failed, resulting in warning lamps and error messages on the dashboard. This has also caused essential safety systems, such as Adaptive Cruise Control and Automatic Emergency Braking, to stop functioning entirely. This situation is unacceptable and poses an immediate and severe safety risk. My family and I cannot rely on this vehicle, as it fails to respond properly when braking is required. It is unsafe to drive under any conditions. I have reached out to multiple BMW service centers in Fort Lauderdale and Boca Raton, Florida, but was told there are no replacement parts available to fix this critical defect. Service advisors advised me to drive carefully, which is an absurd solution for a car in this condition. I financed this vehicle at $1,600...
