VEHICLE WOULD SHIFT TO NEUTRAL ON ITS ON THEN SHUT OFF IN THE MIDDLE OF TRAFFIC. IT WAS ALSO ROUGH IDLING, LOSS OF POWER, AND EXTENDED IGNITION START. *TR
